Meet Lesley Morgan - The Face behind Snob.
When I look back at my journey, it’s wild to think about how far Snob has come and how much it represents who I am. I’m Lesley Morgan – a lash artist, a creative, an entrepreneur, a designer, a teacher, a mom, and someone who genuinely believes that beauty is an art form that can transform lives. But this dream wasn’t something that just landed in my lap; it’s been built brick by brick, with a mix of passion, grit, and a dash of chaos along the way.
From Design and Education to Lashes
Let me start from the beginning. My journey didn’t begin in beauty; it started with two degrees – one in Fashion Design and another in Education. While my love for design sparked my creative side, my time in education taught me how to connect with people and share knowledge. Little did I know how much both would shape what Snob is today.
In 2009, I discovered lash artistry – a creative outlet that blended precision, design, and the ability to make people feel confident in their own skin. It was love at first lash! I dove in, and over the years, I’ve honed my craft while learning what works, what doesn’t, and how to push the limits of this industry.
A Vision Born from Experience
Fast forward a few years (and a couple of babies later – shoutout to my daughters Lovella and Viola), and I was running a business while balancing motherhood. Opening The House of Snob, our 4,000 sq ft co-working salon space, was a dream that became a reality just before COVID hit. It was a risky move, but I believed in creating a space that empowered beauty professionals to thrive. And we made it work.
That same resilience and creativity have fuelled Snob’s evolution into more than just a business. It’s a brand that’s redefining what’s possible for lash and brow artists. We’re here to break molds, set trends, and build a community that celebrates artistry and individuality.
Why Snob?
People often ask me about the name Snob. For me, it’s a playful way to embracing who you are unapologetically. It’s about redefining what it means to be confident and creative. Snob really stands for boldness, for taking risks, and for doing things differently in an industry that often plays it safe.

One of the core ideas behind Snob is empowerment. I’ve been in your shoes – trying to figure out pricing, battling imposter syndrome, and juggling everything from clients to kids. From our softer-than-soft lashes to free digital resources, every piece of this brand is designed with you in mind.
