Within 30 Days of Purchase of In - Person Course 

 We understand life happens, so if you decide within 30 days that you are not interested or do not want to attend, 50% of your in-person course is refundable.  If you need to change the date of training, you can do so within 15 days of your course start date. 

 After 30 Days

Sorry, unfortunately after 30 days of purchase your course is no longer partially refundable. But have no fear, we can give you a credit for future courses or products.  

Online Courses

All Snob Academy online training courses are non-refundable. 

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 -10 business days. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@snobacademy.com 

 

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

All product related to Snob Academy courses are shipped through the Snob Store Inc. and or subject to their refund and shipping policy.
