Certification information
This course price includes self-paced online education only. Educator support, practical assessments and certification are not included.
Students can add the monthly Support + Certification membership when they’re ready for educator feedback and practical assessment. Certification is awarded only after the required work meets Snob’s standards.

Will I receive a certificate automatically?
No. Certification requires an active Support + Certification membership and passing all required practical assessments.
Does this course teach Volume lashes?
No. This course focuses on Classic lashes. Choose Volume Lash for focused Volume training or Master Lash for Classic, Hybrid and Volume together.

Online Portal Access
xWhen purchasing SNOB Academy Courses you are instantly enrolled into our online portal. From there you will have access to all the course content, be able to connect with your Educator and submit your course requirements, such as model submissions, quizzes, and checkstop assignments.
If your course is in-person, the location and start time will also be available within course content.
SNOB strives to handle every student submission within a 48hr window excluding weekends and holidays. If your submission falls outside of that window, you can contact us either by website chat (located at the bottom right of the website) or you can text us at 587-557-1413.

xHey Lash SNOBS! Congrats on surviving our Online Lash University – major kudos! Now, let's dive into certification because, let's be real, being SNOB certified is like having a golden ticket to lash greatness.
Timeframe:
You've got a sweet 6 months to flaunt your lash artistry with 10 models – that's 1.67 models a month (no half models, but you catch our drift, right?).
Model Criteria:
- 10 models (up to 5 can be done on mannequin heads)
- We're not asking for the moon, just a 50/50 split between classic and volume techniques.
- Remember, it's about quality over quantity. Fewer lashes, better application, and we're over the moon. No rushing – speed comes with time. Practice for at least an hour and a half before submitting.
- And oh, perfect lighting, please! No pixelated images; we won't be able to accept them.
Submission Process:
Wondering how to submit your models? Easy peasy! Use our Canva Model Upload Template. Fill it in with your lash masterpieces, SAVE it, and upload it to the model submission part of your course. Boom! You're on the yellow brick road to becoming certified.
Why not give the certification right away? Why the Lash-a-thon?
We get it. You're eager to shout, "I'm SNOB certified, come get your lashes done by me" from the rooftops. Hold the lash glue, though. Are you a lash rockstar yet? Maybe, but probably not. The secret sauce? Our follow-up support. Submit your work, and we'll shower you with quality feedback. It's not just about getting certified; it's about becoming a full-fledged Lash Snob.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
