Hi there! I’m Lesley Morgan, the proud founder of Snob Inc. My journey began as a freelance makeup artist, driven by a passion for fashion and design. After earning my Bachelor of Design in Fashion Communications from Ryerson University in 2006, I packed my bags and made the move from Toronto to Edmonton, diving into the world of packaging and graphic design.
My passion for beauty continued to flourish, and when I moved to Vietnam, I found myself working as a lash artist from my cozy second-bedroom apartment. It was an amazing experience that sparked my dream of building a full-time lash extension business. When I returned to Canada in 2013, I was determined to chase that dream and set out to make it a reality.
Of course, like many, I faced some serious challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. The lockdowns turned my world upside down, but I refused to let that stop me. I quickly pivoted my business, embracing online training and virtual consultations to stay connected with my amazing clients and community. It wasn’t easy, but with creativity and a whole lot of determination, Snob Inc. not only survived but thrived.
Today, I’m lucky to share this journey with my wonderful husband, Ryan. Together, we run a vibrant co-working space in the heart of Edmonton called The House of Snob. As a mom to two energetic daughters (that I also had during COVID), I cherish the balance of family life and entrepreneurship, and I strive to inspire others to embrace their unique paths, no matter the challenges they face.
We’ve proudly trained over 1,000 students, empowering beauty professionals with top-tier education and tools. Snob Inc. has had the pleasure of teaching with Indigenous bands such as Oteenow and Kehewin and has also worked with SET BC in delivering quality education. Here's what some of our clients have said:
"Snob Inc. transformed my career. The education and support are unmatched!" – A. Clarke, Edmonton
