Bio

Joanna Keller has been working in the beauty industry since 2008. She began her career as a makeup artist / hair stylist after attending Blanche Macdonald . After working with many different makeup lines, models, and photographers during her first few years, Joanna gained an extensive knowledge of beauty brands, products and techniques.

Joanna began doing eyelash extensions in 2009 and is considered to be a pioneer in the eyelash industry. Joanna is internationally known for her colourful lash designs and advanced lash mapping. Her work has been featured in Allure, Buzzfeed, Vogue, Glamour and Good Morning America to name a few. Photos of Joanna’s color lash designs went viral after her eccentric collaborations with makeup artist Kelseyanna Fitzpatrick .

Joanna has opened 4 Beautique locations since starting her business in 2012 . In addition to mentoring many of Vancouver’s top lash artists , she has also helped many other types of beauty businesses grow including cosmetic tattoo, nails, hair salon services and extensions, tooth bling and makeup artistry .

Joanna is also an educator for SNOB Inc. and offers private training , business coaching and full eyelash extension certifications through the SNOB Academy. Joanna has also partnered with SNOB to create a lash adhesive – “KOLORLESS “ clear and sensitive glue and the “Supernatural “ color lash palette.

Joanna is also a recent graduate of the esteemed “Parsons School of Design “ after completing the Fashion Industry Essentials program in 2020 . Joanna has a background in fashion and retail and has styled many photoshoots , music videos and well known artists.
